Very Poor qualityvery poor chat supportNo manualsNo chargerNo cablesNo soundQR function does NOT scan .I had to manually add it.Most videos talk about how great they are not how great to make the cam work and HOW..Chat to them means , bots answers with stupid answers that has zero/nothing to do with the questions on handI guess the Cam support team also picked the stupid AI platform for Spartan chat ….My conclusionNot worth the money by farSupport : don’t hope for chat support. All answers are over 2-4 years old and totally irrelevant. Amazing for new cam question you are provided with a 4 year old answers !!!how’s is that work?? , list answers before manufacturing of new Cam, apparently ..I thought I was buying a good name Cam NOTBut it is by far out of so many cams I had over the years this is THE worst cam and worst supportIf I can give them zero star i would …Save your time and money on my case $610, and PLEASe find another cam
