Not to get too scatalogical, prior to taking this detox it seemed like a coin toss everyday: diarrhea or not? For apparently no reason, despite tracking what I ate or skipped, I used to experience a 'run'. Until I got Jag* (how do you pronounce this name ?). The first time, I took it with food and experienced some tightness around the belly area, followed by mild cramps; it soon subsided. Following that experience, I began having it (1 capsule vs 2 recommended) first thing in the morning with a cup of water. That seems to be the key to avoiding any discomfort -- take it away from food; in other words, allow some time to elapse after this capsule then have your breakfast, lunch or whatever. I'm happy to report the 'run' has stopped, now it's more like a smooth motion that leaves my bowels completely empty (flat tummy, lol). My appetite is a lot better. So whatever it was that caused the diarrhea (parasites, toxins, bugs...), it's gone. Thank you, Jag!! CAUTIONARY UPDATE: This detox is not meant to be taken daily; you have to be very strategic about it. It contains 3 negatively-charged ingredients that are known for their toxin-binding properties: Activated Charcoal, Zeolite and Bentonite Clay. These 3 negatively-charged ingredients aren't selective about what they bind (attach) to, since they tend to bind to any compound with a positive charge; that includes nutrients and minerals. They bind up everything -- bugs, parasites, toxins AND vital nutrients, minerals from food, any vitamins or dietary supplements you may be taking -- and push them out of the body. In my own experience, after about a month or so, still at just 1 capsule daily, my body exhibited symptoms of malnourishment: severely watery, burning eyes, cough/colds, clumps of hair falling off, brittle fingernails, etc. Nothing had changed in my dietary regimen and the only factor I could isolate was this detox. I stopped taking it and within a few days those symptoms vanished. So the lesson I learned is, take this detox only sporadically/periodically, away from food; during this time, suspend your dietary supplements so they stay out of the way. Let the detox do its job on those days you're taking it. Then discontinue the detox and resume your supplement routine. I think the ideal days for this detox are those when one is fasting/intermittent fasting, so no food/nutrient/supplement gets in the way of this juggernaut. Don't take it daily. Good health to you! This product works exactly as described. It helps clear out your system fast and leaves you feeling lighter the same day. I noticed better digestion, less bloating, and more regular bowel movements. Energy levels improved a lot. I feel more active during the day without needing extra caffeine. It also helped me feel less sluggish after meals. The capsules are easy to take and did not cause harsh discomfort. It feels like a deep internal reset without being overwhelming. If you want something for gut health, detox support, and more daily energy, this is worth trying. I will keep using it.

I am so happy I purchased this binder. It really worked well at eliminating my bloat. My gut health feels like it has drastically improved. My energy levels also feel like they have gone up which is a fun added benefit. I sometimes struggle swallowing pills and didn't have any trouble with these. I will definitely keep purchasing these.

Every time we have a cheat day we take these and feel re energized and normal each time! I wouldn't take this product every day. Only use it for a cleanse short period of time, one week max. Or on occasion when you eat toxic junky foods.

This has to be the best binder I’ve taken. Taking with my detox and ivermectin Excellent product and very satisfied with results.

Don't know if it's removing all the toxins it claims but it helps empty my system and my head feels more clear. I don't take for more than 10-14 days consecutively as it makes me feel like my vitamins aren't working... guess it does cleanse!

This stuff really works! It smells AWFUL haha and that's how you know it's good. You'll notice a difference in your bathroom use within 1-2 days of using. Excellent product. Going to buy more.

I dont see a difference
