Wow..... I have just used this for the 1st time. It was pretty straight forward, I must have looked a sight though cos my bathroom is so tiny haha.... Anyhow, the water flowed freely, I managed to hold it in for 10 mins or so, then God Almighty, at first I thought it was just the usual toilet habit however if you sit for longer and just let gravity and nature do their Thang!!! I can't tell you how much came out.. well I could but best Not. I feel so cleansed. I'm definitely going to use this on a regular basis. Maybe weekly. Worth every penny. Good luck 😊

It does what it is supposed to do but it creates lot of bubbles in the flow. I have tried filling up more but it still there. You can use it a few times and then dump it, thinking of getting the electric ones for long term use.

I've been buying this item for nearly 30 years, and it's perfect for those days of constipation. Reliable and good value for money. It's easy to use. The bag wears out after about 6 months with little leaks, but that's not a problem.

Amazon suggests that you might "find images or videos more helpful than text alone". On this product, I beg to disagree. 😁 It's super good if you want to feel super confident about the inside of your butt. Takes about half an hour to get the job done and works very well. Much cheaper, more effective and more environmentally friendly than the shop-bought ones. For the solution, you put two teaspoonfuls of salt in a litre of warm water. Some people put coffee but I'd rather just drink that to be honest - I've read that it's not safe used as an enema.

In general, it is a good product, but it depends on where it was produced. The ones made in Italy are of good quality, the tube is soft, the bag is a bit transparent, and the tap and cannulas are soft and easy to handle. However, the ones made in Egypt are of inferior quality. The tubing is stiff and shorter, the closure is impractical, and the cannulas are slightly different from the Italian product and can cause injury when inserted. Unfortunately, you never know what product you are getting. I wonder if the company in Italy does know about this difference in quality. Or are the ones made in Egypt even original PIC?

I have trouble emptying at times so I thought I'd try this at those times. Laying down, once you get over the issue of something going in your bum by about an inch (doesn't hurt, use vasaline) and warm water filling you up which is weird, it's quite relaxing. I only managed to hold about a pint before feeling uncomfortable. Turn tap off and release. Unbelievable what comes out even though I'd been to the toilet 4 times that morning (I did it afternoon). I feel empty and much less bloated. I was laying in the bath, no way I'd get up in time to reach toilet bowl. You capture your mess on an old towel or black bin liner, tip into toilet. NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH!!!!! Buy one. It helps. Nothing weird about it if it helps.

1. Make sure you use the correct screw end on the tube. If it leaks, unscrew, turn valve round and screw other side in. 2. Cleaning. I tip a tiny bit of dettol in the bag, fill up with water and let it runs through tube. I also rinse the inserted bits in diluted dettol. Then rinse out whole thing with clean plain water. 3. Drying. Unscrew and pull out att while plastic bits and hang dry near radiator. The faster it dries, less likely mould. Put it away when bone dry. 4. I lay towel down on floor, and keep towel at hand just in case 5. Be near loo!!!!!!! 6. Don’t rush. Best if you are relaxed so it feels good. 7. Might need bit lube for insertion 8. Love that it gets rid of excess gas too

La verdad me ha sorprendido para bien. Cumple su función, es fácil de usar, el sistema funciona bien, la manguera no pierde agua, solo apenas unas gotas salen del regulador donde se abre y cierra pero eso me pasó con otros modelos también. Relación calidad-precio muy bien. Lo que se podría mejorar para mayor comodidad es que la manguera sea un poco más larga ya que según donde uno lo cuelgue puede quedar un poco corta pero también te las apañas.

Es el segundo que compro, muy bien, cumple su función, resistente. lo recomiendo
