Really nice. Not that great at getting stains out perse. Heavy scent but not bad. Not really thick. No instructions on bottle.

We love this American company who makes a wonderful smelling and high quality laundry detergent. It washes away well without any residue, cleans our clothes extremely well, and leaves them soft and ready for the next use. We subscribe and save, and find a family of 5 with all its laundry needs about a bottle a month. Very happy to support US business, and very satisfied with the price and quality.

I use this to hand wash my wool sweaters with. It does a great job of cleaning with cold water and leaves behind a nice fragrance. After washing, item is then left to air dry helping the garment to keep it’s shape and new appearance.

Scent goes away in wash, reason I got this, to smell good on my laundry. So not worth it, cleans like any other detergent, keep your money on this one

I tried the original but it was a hard no. I got Isle today although we normally like to use Brooklinen’s Coastal Clean just for towels but it has been out of stock for months. Isle was suggested (by AI!) as an alternative. It’s a mild, coastal scent and I love it but after the dryer - even on low - there was zero scent remaining. Will use it a little more liberally next time and give it back the fifth star if it leaves behind the scent in the bottle which is terrific. It performs well cleaning-wise. I’d still recommend it.

at first when I got this product delivered and smelt it straight from the bottle I gagged. It smelled like a man’s cologne and was so strong. I am a girl and I like to smell like a girl I wanted something that smelled more like linen or floral. I decided to give my stinky workout clothes And towels a good wash in this just to see, and I am obsessed. The overly strong man cologne smell, turned into a subtle amber and musk scent. I just washed some towels and clothes yesterday so I’m not sure about the longevity. Also, my daughter works in a restaurant so she needed something that took away the restaurant smell and this did the trick my towels and my workout clothes are soft and super clean. And yes, this is a little bit expensive but I only put a tiny bit in my HE washing machine so I’m expecting it to last quite a while. I just ordered the classic laundry detergent so I will see how that goes.

Smells really good and seems to clean well. No complaints

People are not kidding when they say this detergent smells good. It does. The smell reminds me of expensive hotel towels.As to its ability to clean, I am leaning toward the idea that it has a very good ability to clean items that have always been treated well; on pieces of clothing that have layers of dirt, or that need clarified, I think it struggles. For example, on older shirts that my kid wears and sweats on, the smell remained after washing. On new shirts she has, the smell hasn't been able to build up.Right now, I am experimenting with Laundress' Stain Remover and this product. Together they work pretty well; however, the wonderful smell isn't as present.I think I will be using Defunkify on a good deal of our wardrobes and then trying only Laundress for a few months to see how it goes. I will update. For now, this detergent is not completely earning the price it costs. Not yet.Please check out the Stain Remover, though. Such good stuff!!!!
