Will this fit 6mm2 wites?

It will physically accommodate 6mm2 but is only rated max 13amps. So if you have 6mm cable I'm guessing it's for something way above 13amps. Perhaps call a qualified electrician.

Can O ring and other crimps be clamped inside?

The gap, once the lever is pressed is only around 4mm x 3mm so it won’t allow for crimps to enter. You might get the “pin type” crimps in. Hope this helps
