Clear resolution and handy articulating camera head with bright LED illumination
Trying to inspect cylinder walls with non-articulating camera head borescopes can be a pain to do by hand. Now add in a hot workshop and a tall vehicle with a long engine bay that you have to crawl on top of. It just adds to the frustration of the experience. This borescope removes that frustration with an upwards or downwards press of your thumb. Theres a trigger pull located on the back of the handle that you move up or down to move the camera up or down. It only works on one axis, so while you can move the camera to look at a cylinder wall, you will also have to manipulate the camera itself by hand to spin it around the cylinder. This makes it easier than having to guess and prebend the camera by hand to angle it correctly while also spinning the camera by hand. This camera also as an 8 foot length to it, making it easy to snake it up a good distance behind seats, your dash, under the vehicle etc. This borescope is cheaper than most of the moveable camera heads on the market and competitively similarly priced on Amazon, all while having the same functionalities of its competitors. Also has better resolution than most of the cheapest priced fixed camera borescopes on the market. 5/5, makes several jobs on vehicles easier to inspect and diagnose without lengthy and costly labor for disassembly.

Nice quality scope
Very handy tool, I purchased bc we had a water leak and I wanted to look behind our drywall to make sure no mold was growing. The cable length was long enough plus some! The cable camera was very flexible and was able to move it to get 360 degree view. The zoom quality of the camera was very good to get a close look, and the camera display on handheld was very clear, I was very pleased and it got the job done. This would also be a great tool if you were working on vehicles. The battery is charged by plugging in, and for the amount of time I used it, it didn’t even drain any of the battery. So I would guess you could use for quite a bit of time before having to recharge. The camera has a live view as well as it is able to take screenshots. Very nice quality and the price isn’t too bad either!

Works perfectly, very easy to see with. Great endoscope.
This scope works fantastic and it really helped me repair the fuel tanks on my diesel boat. The tanks are eight feet long, impossible to remove with out destroying half the boat.I used the scope to look inside the tank to observe the condition of the bottom and sides of the tank. The scope work perfectly, I was able to video and photograph the inside of the tank.Very happy with this scope.

Works Well With Surprising Clarity; Awkward to Handle
I needed something to inspect the inside of the carriage gearbox on my lathe. This worked surprisingly well with good clarity and depth of field, and the rotating head is EXTREMELY helpful.I had to go around gears and shafts to look at some areas, and found that by manipulating the rotating head you could go around them and even go through elbows on pipe, etc.The case is well built and should last a long time--cheaper plastic cases have hinges and latches snap off, etc. with little use.My gripes are:1. The cable exits at the bottom of the unit, which makes it awkward to handle while manipulating it in the hole, etc. It would work better if it exited at the back, or even the top of the unit.2. The cable is permanently attached to the screen. This makes it very cumbersome to charge as you have a 5 foot cable dangling from it when you try to set it down.3. The battery charge indicator is VERY small, and you can't really tell how much charge is left.Overall it performed very well, and I would give a qualified recommendation based on the negatives I listed.

Good choice, seems like it will last longer than many similar options.
Worked well to help me avoid electrocuting myself. Far cheaper than a hospital bill or funeral. Remember to take the cap off the camera if you have a lizard intellect like me or else you'll think its busted for 20 frustrated minutes.

Very informative, cool, and fun.
This thing is awesome. I'd heard of them but never thought of owning one. I have a vintage Honda CB and was curious about cylinder condition. I put this down in the cylinder and turned on the light. Wow, I could see the piston top and the cylinder walls. It's running rich so I could see carbon on the piston. My cylinder walls are in great shape and I could see the cross hatch markings and best of all no scuffs. I have lots of cars and outboard motors on the boats. When I go to change plugs I can now take a peek inside and see what's going on. If I sell, I can take photos to show buyers.

Sharp image and easy to use.
Very clear screen. The way you can curve the camera is amazing. Has button to snap photos. Can transfer photos to a computer. Very easy to use. Nice case. Just be careful with zipper as you might have to hold the case in away not to break the zipper until it gets softer. Must be charged at least every 3 months to protect battery. Does not come with charger. Better than using an app from a Chinese company on your phone with a model that uses your phone. Apparently there is another model that has another camera also on the side of the tip , which I think may be a better choice for some, so compare. I bought this to make photos of my throttle body, break pads and rotors (I also have thickness guage for pads), and serpentine belt on my cars to determine what service they needed, rather than being scammed by the dealers. I also replace my own air filters and label them with dates and milage and take photos with my phone. Its nice to whip out a photo when needed.

Works great and articulating feature is a must
I feel the articulation feature is a must after using it to help find and clear concrete obstruction in an electrical underground conduit.
