A few confusing comments about weight.Are these definitely 5kg per dumbell

These are 2 x 5kg weights. Total weight = 10kg

Can anyone help i have 5kg weights i want to to build arm muscle i am a female and of course doing exercise at home will this work to build ?

Definitelly! I use these for my home exerxice with Joe Wicks for a mix of 25 to 30 min exercise and my arms got a nice shape. Plus it will help build your overall strength when exercising with weights. The key is regular exercising too.

No. These are dumbbells which are solid items (ends are not detachable), and therefore the weight shown on end of item is the total weight of that particular dumbbell! Therefore 2 x 5kg (for the pair), = 10kg.
