I should’ve left this review some time ago but I’ve been super busy. But this mattress has been great. It’s supportive when comfy. My sciatic pain went away immediately and didn’t return. I sleep like a baby. The thickness of it once it inflated over the course of a few days, was also more than I expected. It’s super firm but not too firm and it allows me to sleep well without feeling like it sinks in. It was great gift to myself after my divorce and getting rid of my old bed. The note enclosed stated that it would possibly have a slight odor, but it wasn’t offensive at all. It was just like maybe a plastic smell. But bearable, but is fine now after sleeping on it for about 2 months now. I can’t feel the springs or hear them and I like that and it bounces back easy. A great bed and I’m glad that I purchased it.

I’m back to review the mattress 18 months after purchase. We bought it while I was 6 months pregnant because I needed more support. This mattress is definitely on the firmer side which is awesome because that’s exactly what we wanted. My husband has back pain and he loves this mattress too. To paint a picture, my husband is 300lbs and after 18 months you can’t tell which side he sleeps on. There is no dip, no sagging, nothing. The top is also perfectly good, like new, no stretching or pilling. As I mentioned earlier, we had a baby on the way and after she was born we decided ti cosleep. This mattress is firm enough to be safe for babies which is a huge benefit. Overall the mattress is comfortable, good quality and was worth every penny.

I previously had the Zinus green tea memory foam mattress. It was not firm enough for me, and I have come to realize that it is what caused my lower back pain daily. In addition, it was a very hot mattress. I initially loved the concept of the mattress but it just turned out to be a nightmare. After doing some research I thought I would give this model a try as it is described as extra firm. Upon arrival I set up the mattress and within 24 hours it was fully decompressed. There was no odor to it as others have described. The mattress is indeed firm (I wouldn't call it extra firm). My back pain in the morning is almost gone and I sleep better for sure. It is not a cool mattress, but it is nowhere near as hot as the green tea model. For me, the temperature retention is very acceptable. The only downsides to this model are 1) it feels cheap on the sides as the springs have no padding. If you feel the side it is just a bunch of springs. 2) the edge support is lacking. 3) unlike a pillow top mattress, the foam on this does take an extra few seconds to decompress when you switch positions. This leaves you with an indentation when you move around that takes a couple seconds to firm back up. It is a very firm mattress overall so it isn't a big deal, but if you're used to a pillow top where it rebounds almost immediately, this is going to feel different. In all I am very happy with the purchase and would purchase it again. The true test is now the longevity.

Mattress is the perfect firmness for my weight. Very roomy for us and the dog. Great price! Just wish it had handles on the sides to help when rotating. Did end up needing a topper for my hips, but still comfortable. Holding up well to plus size people.

It takes a leap of faith to buy a mattress online. It's among your most important investments, but you're purchasing something sight-unseen, unable to test it, and you don't quite know what you have until you've gone through a whole lot of trouble. Leap of faith redeemed, I thought. This really is a great product. I had a severe back injury, and the last few nights of sleep have been among the most restorative I've had in a long time. The edges are a little soft, but it was easy to set up, had no aberrant smells like other shipped mattresses might, and lives up to what it promises. Why 2 stars, then? Absolutely terrible customer service, completely out of line with what you can expect when buying from a traditional retailer without the worry and hassle. Mere days after my purchase, the price of this item dropped by $105. If I had bought from a traditional retailer, the solve would be simple. You go back, point out the difference in price, and they refund you. A simple transaction, and I'm learning it's yet another reason it's safer to buy a mattress in-person rather than online. After multiple talks with the customer service I learned this is what I need to do to be refunded the difference: 1) Initiate a return. 2) Invite people into my home during a pandemic so they can take the mattress away. 3) Have a 90 lb. mattress shipped back at the expense of the retailer. 4) Order another, identical mattress at the new price. 5) Wait a week while yet another 90 lb. mattress is shipped back. (Lord knows what's happening to the old, perfectly good one?) 6) Lift the new, identical mattress up 3 flights of stairs. 7) Let it rise for 48 hours again. 8) Put it back and enjoy it, as I've been doing already. This is insane, right? On the mere fact that is is an incredible expense for the retailer to bear when they're going to refund the $105 anyway, but made worse by the trouble the customer needs to go through to do something that would take 60 seconds to fix had they shopped at a traditional mattress retailer. If it's this much trouble to process something commonly fixed anywhere else, I shudder to think of what it might mean for you if something is materially wrong with the product. It might be petty, but I may return a perfectly good product out of principle and get something else. Steer clear of this. Buy something else, somewhere else.

Great value for the price! The mattress is comfortable and supportive, and I’ve been sleeping really well on it. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable mattress.

After about a month, I am happy with this mattress. I was honestly about ready to drop $2000 on a Saatva mattress, buy then I saw people on Reddit talking about how even those mattresses can have problems after a few years. If I spend a huge chunk of money on something, I want it to last many years. This mattress is a great price for King size. I don't expect it to last more than a few years, or less, but it's fine for now. The edge support is obviously lacking, it's noticeable when you sit on the edge of the bed. But you are paying for a mattress to sleep on, not something to sit on. I was about ready to get rid of my king size bed set, because king size mattress prices are crazy. I almost bought a Dreamcloud mattress, and I almost bought a Nectar mattress. But everyone says those only last a couple years. So I settled for this. I'm happy I went this route. In a couple years I'll probably upgrade, but I have other priorities with my finances at the moment. I am 6'4" 190lbs and this mattress feels great for me. I would probably be happier if it was more firm, but it's quite comfy and has good support. The setup process was easy, even by myself with a king size. It was delivered early in the morning and it was fine to sleep on it that night. No smells or anything. Update: 16 months later, I am still surprised by the quality for this price ($309 for king). There are some obvious indentations (I'm a 200lb 6'3" side sleeper). It's been just myself using this, and I've switched up sleeping on both sides to increase the life of the mattress. I think I rotated it once. It will probably only last another year, maybe 2, but I do feel like that's good for the price. I never wake up with pain. Still has good support. This mattress would be a particularly fantastic choice for a guest bed that doesn't get frequent use.

I bought this mattress 3 years ago and it's still great. My husband and I have different mattress needs. We first bought a mattress from the fancy mattress store but soon found out that it wasn't for us. Rather than try finding a mattress that we both liked, we bought 2 twin mattress, one to fit each of our needs, and put them together on a king platform. I bought this one, because I read that it was firm, while my husband ordered a fancy mattress from a furniture store that was medium and plush. Fast forward to now and my side is firm and not sagging while my husband's side, the expensive mattress, is sagging and ready to be replaced - also my husband works away from home 3 nights a week so his mattress is really disappointing. My mattress has surpassed my expectations. Neither my husband nor I are feather weights, so to see this mattress hold up under +200 lbs. night after night and keep it's shape compared to a name brand mattress if fantastic. The value is amazing. I find this mattress to be firm without feeling like a concrete slab. It has enough give to cradle the body while offering support. I used it the same night I opened it, although the direction said to allow it to spring back. Overall, it's a great mattress that is comfy, performs well, and at a great price point. I definitely recommend.

It’s been 10 days and I m very happy about my purchase. Quality price is unbeatable, the firmness is not as firm as expected but is perfect for me. When you sit on the side of the bed there’s not much support as expected on that type of mattress and you could fell if you sleep to close from the edge of the mattress. I don’t know the long term duration of this mattress but I wasn’t looking for something that would last 10 yrs like the one before this one. I m not very fussy about my mattress but I want something when I getup in the morning I feel rested and with no pain. This mattress is giving me that feeling in the morning. Hope this review helps you but mattress are very personal and different from person to person.

Great bed. Just not the size it says on the package.

I was initially hopeful about this mattress, but it has been a huge disappointment. After only two months of normal use, it has completely sagged on one end and failed to hold its shape. Instead of providing the support it promised, the structural integrity gave out almost immediately, making it incredibly uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. Save yourself the hassle, the backache, and your money. do not buy this mattress.

Great mattress for the price you pay. No sign of back pain so far. Good back support. Firm yet soft enough to be confortable. It has been 2 weeks that I am using and super recommend.

Don't buy. Zero support. waste of money, gave it away to goodwill
