-It is wobbly if you shake it. It’s likely due to a design flaw of the foot anti-slippery pieces which are round and should have been squared. Nevertheless, once I lay on it and put weight on the bench press area it becomes stable enough to safely press the weight. - Has one decline setting, one flat, and 4 incline - The quads area also has a design flaw. When I put weight there, the entire bench tilts forward and the back feet literally are lifted into the air. To counter that I put a bar plus my body weight plus I put my arms back. Seriously a design flaw. Also, the weights slightly hit my legs unless I put a clip as shown. Maybe because I’m using 2” weights? Nevertheless, the clip in that spot stops the weight from hitting me and I can do the exercise just fine. -My flat bench has square feet holders and it is super sturdy and not wobbly at all. I’ll test placing those in this bench later to see if it fixes the wobbly-ness In conclusion: I still give this 5 stars because it works perfectly well for what I need it for m

It was easy to assemble for me, but you might need two people if you aren’t handy with tools. It’s very sturdy and high quality.

Good bench. Very sturdy. Husband put it together in no time. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish that the head of the seat was easier to move up instead of taking the bar completely out to adjust the seat
