The protection and absorption of these pants is very good. Keep my husband dry and he had no complaints of roughness from the pants.

These are the heaviest duty Tena Night Pads & they've certainly made a difference to my Wife's overnight comfort. They hold more liquid than the other types resulting in less leakage & fewer linen changes. They are quite weighty, though, & much depends on how well they are fitted. The blue bands printed on the front of the pad act as a target area for the velcro - style fixing tabs, so accuracy will improve with experience. Overall, we are impressed with the performance of the product & will certainly use them again.

I was paralysed in an accident 35 years ago which left me doubly incontinent. I have a catheter for my urine and uee a commode to go to the toilet. I used to have small tena pads which I wore with pants but a few years ago I discovered these slips on amazon and bought them to try out and I liked them so much I've worn them every since. I've carers who put one on me in the morning and change it at night. There's sticky tapes on both sides that once joined togeher keep the pad securely in place. The medium size does fit me but I found they rubbed against my groins and left them quite raw. So I use these larger slips which aren't so tight but are very absorbant and still protect me on the rare occasion there'd be any leakage. I find them extremely comfortable and they give me peace of mind knowing I'm well protected by them,

These are good, but, they still leak!. use a heavy duty matress protector!!!
