I bought these for post surgery scars. They were only for use for a certain period of time post surgery per my surgeon's instructions. Easy to apply, cut to size. I loved how soft they were. They were gentle to take off of sensitive areas without pulling too much or hurting or pulling hair. My skin was soft underneath. I definitely would buy this again if my surgeon or doctor recommended I use scar sheets. They felt nice and good quality. Surgery scars take a long time to heal, so there is no magic potion for getting rid of them, but I am sure these helped with healing.

This scar tape is easy to use and apply to skin. It's pain free to remove or apply it, and it really leaves the scar looking smoother and softer. I like to put it on at night before I go to sleep. My surgeon recommended this product and I only wish I had known that I could use it as the wound was still healing-- it probably would have made an even bigger impact on the healing process!

These silicone scar sheets are very easy to use. I can’t say that I saw a ton of difference in the appearance of my scar, but they’re easy to remove and also easy to reuse. The color blended in perfectly with my skin. They weren’t overly sticky, but did not come off in the shower. I like that they’re perforated so I didn’t have to cut each piece. They provide good protection.

Years ago I read about a study that silicone was extremely useful for healing scars and wounds due to it creating the perfect microclimate for collagen re-building. At the time there were zero products for this use, so I had to source a thin sheet of silicone and tape it on. When products did hit the market they were expensive. I was so happy to see that now silicone patches are dirt cheap and this cut-to-size tape is perfect, you can cut the exact size you need and not waste anything. Last week I suffered a deep dog bite on the back of my hand. Not the first time it’s happened, but it’s the first time it took a little chunk out of me and my hand swelled up and got infected. Had to go to urgent care. The pain was excruciating. I had an oozing gross wound for 2-3 days and then a very thick and itchy scab developed. I ordered some of this tape and slapped it on around day 4. I cannot believe the progress. After about 24 hours the thick scab had dissolved and the wound was visibly closing up. Without the scab there it allowed it to keep draining too which was a good thing. I’m now at day 8 and it’s almost fully closed up and the redness is much reduced. I’m hopeful that starting with the patch early I’ll be able to avoid a bad scar. I’m constantly injuring myself and this is a much worse wound than normal for me, yet it’s healing so fast. I have also been using a red light too. I immediately ordered another roll and had it sent to my parents, because they are always getting little scrapes that take forever to heal. Best thing is that this stuff is SO comfortable, it stays put, it’s held up fine to handwashing, and it doesn’t pull on your skin the way a bandaid does. It moves with you and doesn’t hurt to remove. If you peel it back a few times a day to check your boo-boo the edges will start to lose their stickiness, but if you don’t touch it can last 24-48 hours no problem. Will update when I know for sure if I avoided a scar.

I have ordered this 3-4 times now. It’s AMAZING tape works great stays on for a few days and I see a huge improvement in my scar. HOWEVER I just got my most recent order and they have changed it. The box is different, even the backing the tape is on is different, but most importantly it is MUCH thinner than the original that worked so well. I am debating sending it back.

This will last us forever! My baby had a small surgery on his ear and the peds nurses recommended this tape to help his scar heal and stay protected in the sun. I cut it into small pieces perfect for his little scar. I feel like it’s softened any scar tissue and seems to be helping in his healing process. It’s easy to stick on AND remove. He doesn’t notice it or mess with it, so it must be gentle and lightweight. The appearance is so minimal (he is very fair skin and this tape is a smidge darker than his skin color) and no one has ever said anything about it. I feel like it’s a great option to keep his scar protected and moisturize to minimize noticeability as he grows!
