I am obsessed with this product. It is easy to use and the included trays are great. It's a perfect size and appearance to just sit on your counter without looking out of place. It is very effective. It cleaned my watch incredibly well. I was shocked at how much dirt came out into the water. I am impressed that it cleans so well with plain water. I've started throwing all sorts of items into it and I have been very pleased with the results. From jewelry to retainers, this thing does it all!

Combined with some blitz chemicals, this ultrasonic cleaner worked great on my chains and rings. It made them look new and shiny again, as if it was the day I bought them! I would definitely recommend this for anyone that needs to clean their jewelry and I am certain this would work well for other things. Of course it is not particularly large, but it works well for its size, and good for individual use.

I checked out 10 different indifferent ones before purchasing the Josobo. I was pleased with the way it cleaned.

The media could not be loaded.  Used this to clean my jewelry and glasses. I put in a few drops of dishwashing soap. It really works!!! Just don’t expect to clean off tarnish on metal as mentioned in the manual. It’s also so satisfying seeing gray stuff come off with the vibration.

It's really nice to have a way to clean these things that are so hard to clean manually. We've been using it for a couple of months and it's made our glasses and jewelry back to as new. I definitely recommend.

I have a couple of sonic cleaners and this one is okay but not spectacular at cleaning jewelry, found it works better on dentures, fountain pens, and objects with light crud. I tried cleaning a few rings and necklaces and it only really cleaned the dirt out of hard to reach areas but didn't really take off or clean areas where body oil and dirt hardened and had to use a toothbrush to scrub it loose so the sonic wave could get it out... my other sonic cleaners due a better job. The cleaner did a wonderfully good job at cleaning my dentures with only one use. I have many fountain pens and they become clogged with ink if not used and this unit did with a little rubbing alcohol added cleaned the inside and out of the pens nibs and barrels and it was fun watching the ink just blow off the pens in the water. The included basket is a plus and easy to remove and cleaning the metal tank is a breeze with a microfiber cloth. The on/off, time select, and stop buttons are easy to use and understand without having to really look at the manual and the LCD display timer is bright and easy to read. I would recommended this to anyone with dentures and retainers as the tank will hold both upper and lowers in the basket side by side and the window on the lid allows you to see if you need more time added to clean.

The first time I used it I followed the directions and did it for 3 minutes but I wasn't very happy with the results. So I tried a different batch of jewelry and did it for 10 minutes and was impressed. I actually ran the first batch again and saw a huge difference.This thing warms up as you run it so I'm not sure if that may help as well, but the water was actually very dirty when I was done so I know it was doing its job. Some pieces I was actually wowed by, some of the others I think I may need to use tarnish cleaner or something. Tried on my glasses too and that worked wonders. This definitely does the job, I would just run it on the long cycle if you don't see the results you were looking for at first.

Doesn’t do anything, doesn’t bubble and doesn’t get anything clean not my jewelry, not my denture, not my glasses——they just sit there in water what a rip off for $42!!!!!!!! No bubbles—-NOTHING!!!!! Just a light hum but doesn’t get anything clean….. just sits in the water!!!!!!! What a waste of money!!!!’
