Susceptible to dirt stain especially after rain Applied this on my car about 1 month ago. Applied Turtle Wax Hybrid Solution at the same time on my other car. Turtle wax performed a lot better, the coating feels much thicker, shine is better, and it is lasting more than Dronar coating. I washed the cars at the same time and all you need with Turtle Wax is the snow foam and pressure wash to remove dirt. The car with Dronar however had some stubburn stains that I ended up polishing them out. I ended up applying Turtle wax Hybrid Solution on my DRONAR coating just after 1 month. The price of Dronar is 5 times the Turtle Wax Hybrid solution and the performance is much less.

I recently purchased the 20H ceramic coating for my new carbon fiber car parts, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. This product truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I applied the 20H ceramic coating, I noticed an immediate difference. The application process was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. Bought this to try, see what all the hype was about. I had enough to do two cars, a trunk lid and had a bit to spare. Started with the Mustang, then did the top surfaces of the Cadillac, I was not sure id have enough. Well I did but performed the sides, front and back at a later date. Prep is key folks, I cleaned the car using a mild soap to remove any wax. I then clay barred the whole car and for only the mustang I used a polisher and orbital to further prep as it was pretty neglected. I skipped the polish and orbital for the Cadillac. Plan for enough time! I did one car a day. Now its time for the Ceramic Coating, i did one car with the provided pad and clothes. While it worked well its was a bit clumsy. So on the second one i used Adam's suede applicator pads which i bought at the same time. I have to say the Adams pads are superior and quicker. Spend the extra and get them as others have recommended. What I cannot comment on is longevity, im only a few weeks in. Make sure you use PH neutral car soap moving onward to ensure you protect the coating. I did notice subsequent car washes were easier and water beads up like magic. I am in west central Florida and do hope that the sun/salt air does not destroy it over time. ill report back. As a fun experiment i did my older car trunk lid in this stuff and the rest of the car using Adams spray ceramic sealant and I got a free bottle at a car show. I'm curious to see how that one will hold up over time to see if this stuff truly is better!! More to come :)

I looked for the best products to get my Truck Ceramic coated and picked 20H for the coating. I wanted a good coating to make it easier to remove bugs, bird crap and tree sap. If you have someone do this job for you it would cost 1000 dollars if done right. I did all the steps before applying the coating (stripping wash, iron remover, stop remover, Polishing and finally a surface prep). If I was going to do this, I wanted the best job. I picked 20H based on YouTube videos and reviews. The Cons: The applicator is cheap, I got a suede applicator to apply but use their applicator for around the rubber (windows) and wheel wells as it will pickup black rubber. Second Con: Holding the glass bottle to apply coating is slick with gloves on and product on your hands. I only dropped it once. I waited to do this till the weather was in the 70’s. I found it best to test an area for dry time and use that time as a base as I have a blue truck and it was hard to see it curing. Product was very forgiving. Coating looks great. Water beading is amazing. Only time will tell how it holds up. My Best advise is do it right. Strip everything off before you apply the coating, took me 2 days to do all this. Ceramic coating will not bond to a waxed car.

I have been testing out a few different types of Ceramic coatings on a verity of different cars, from trucks, to a few teslas, to a Honda Accord. For insights, I've been detailing cars for about 10 years, 5 years as a semi-professional. Application: It's a well known fact that Ceramic coatings in general are a bit more difficult to apply then your generic Spray ceramic coating. You need to do a full wash, clay bar, then apply pre-spray that removes oils and residue. Once that's accomplished, you can start the application process which includes wiping it on, waiting for the product to 'flash', then wiping it off. This process is really no different than other products. The one noticeable difference is that this product has a slight smell. It's like 90's hairspray. It's noticeable, and I've tried about 5-6 other ceramic coatings without such smell. Shine: Overall the product had average shine after application (wipe on and wipe off). What I will say though is after, you can't really tell that you applied anything. When I took my mother in law's car to her, she didn't notice the section that I applied it on. Protection: this is the big one. The product claims high protection, but in the few tests that I performed, I really couldn't tell. I am not to impressed as this is slightly more expensive then other coatings, and in fact I likely won't be purchasing this product again. In terms of removal, the product is easy to remove-- in fact I would almost say the product doesn't bond well like other coatings. You can't really tell, and I would argue that it likely bubbles off after a few hours. I tried this on glass, and noticed that it doesn't bond well either-- which I won't take points off because it's not marketed towards glass.
