Very easy to install works very well

Pro quality machine
Breaks down very easily. It’s not reliable right now. It’s only washing on cold setting definitely not worth the value for the money. I wouldn’t definitely consider a machine that is washing and drying separately after this.

Nice and quiet
Nice and quiet washing mashing. Drying is better on LOW, still very hot......small load because otherwise the cloth is wrinkled.

Your pants pockets will always have to dry in the car
I know everyone seeing this is just gonna ignore it and buy it anyways same as I did when I was reading the reviews but it doesn’t dry good at all and saying that ventless washer/dryers is normal to be damp is a lie the washer/dryer that I replaced this one with the clothes always came out dry until after 4 years the water pump went out but really don’t buy this one if a magic chef washer/dryer will fit where you need it I recommend that one it was a good one and like I said it lasted 4 years

Dryer is awful
It works but if you use the dryer feature, it takes all day to wash one load.

Quit completely after 4 months
Purchased washer/dryer super combo in May of 2024. Sometime in September, it quit working. I mean, there was no indication of power anywhere. It was like I unplugged it. I don't know if this unit has a fuse or not. Nowhere in the order does it show a point of contact number, either. I have given up. I wasted a thousand bucks or so on this item, and NOW I'll have to pay a disposal fee to get rid of it. I don't know if these units are irregulars, factory seconds, or what. I mean Home Depot and Lowe's sells them, so they must have some kind of quality control on them.

Good price and always someone to talk to at the company !
Nice machine -wonderful cust service ( even though they're in China !)- always available to talk to ... works well as a 2nd machine in the house or apt ...but slow to dry ..a walk and a dry will take a total 3 hours ( this includes an xtra cycle of drying

Open door
How do you open the door , when you first install to do laundry? Just installed plunged in and I cant open the door is it locked? Not sure what to do no button to open it .
