SPM Supplement - Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators and SPMs Precursors Complex - 120 Softgels (2 Bottles)

I use other brands that are about four or five times more expensive and this works almost the same as far as pain in my back and joint it has worked wonderfully. The company originally pharmaceutical company is out of the Ukraine after a research and that is based in a couple different USA locations. No problem with the product I found it very beneficial.

I had a stiff shoulder and it was very painful. went to a chiropractor who told me that the discs between my vertebrae were basically malnourished. He wanted me to come to treatment twice a month for 6 mos to stretch my neck and take a pro resolving mediator for $4500 up front. He showed me what he wanted me to take, I said no thank you to paying that small fortune, came home got on Amazon and found a pro resolving mediator for a fraction of the one he recommended. This is my third time purchasing this. My should stopped hurting, I have WAY more mobility, my TMD is healing and I saved a tone by doing it myself. But thanks to this product (and that chiropractor)

I like the product, but one of the seals were broken and I was unsure how to report it to the manufacturer.

product is easy to swallow and has a high degree of SPM's (750 mcg in two capsules) which is an ample amount to help resolve inflammation in tissues.

This doesn't work dramatically, or quickly, but it does seem to provide for minimal mental clarity. One of the ways I measure a supplement is the cost, which this is very reasonable, and the absence of negative side effects, also check. That means I can continue taking this. If I see any long term, more dramatic positive effects, I'll have to update.

I heard about SPMs from Sara Gottfried’s book and a podcast. I take fish oil once a year usually and I thought SPMs will not hurt since fish oil is basically a precursor to SPMs. While I was just expecting some degree of reduced inflammation - better skin, better overall feeling. But I got reduction in my cramps!I had debilitating cramps every time, so bad I had to take ibuprofen or smth similar. but because SPM reduces inflammation, it helped me reduce cramps by 80-90%, i did not have to take any meds! Dont know about other brands, but this brand is legit, thank you

My doctor recommended I take SPMs. I originally purchased the brand she recommended but it cost over a dollar a pill making the cost over $2 a day it was out of my budget. Also, I couldn't tell that it did anything. Zdoroviye SPM supplement is much more affordable and I can actually tell that it is helping the inflammation in my body. I am thankful to have found this product.

This is a fantastic supplement. We already feel better. I highly recommend this.
