Me sirivió demasiado, nunca podía levantarme en la mañana y ahora puedo levantarme perfectamente. El shock es la perfecta intensidad como para levantarte y no incomoda para nada la pulsera en la mano.

La vida util, la duracion es pesima (4 meses)
He estado usando el articulo casi a diario, para despertarme, durante los cuatro meses que lo he tenido y me ha funcinado perfectamente. La descarga es generosa, no hace daño, pero si molesta bastante. La aplicacion no es muy buena, pero se puede usar. La duracion, es lo peor, la compre en abril, y a principios de agosto (cuatro meses) ya no me funciona. Por el dinero que cuesta no deberia ser asi. NO RECOMIENDO SU COMPRA

Rompedor de malos hábitos!
Para despertarme intente: cafe sobre el buro, castigarme no comiendo nada en todo el día, distintas alarmas. Al final solo pavlok funciono, o te levantas o te electrocuta!
