Works great. I’ve been using it weekly for several months with no issues. Dried evenly so no need to swap shelves. Easy to clean. Large capacity which is awesome, it’s one and done, nothing is worse then having to do 2 batches in a dehydrator. Temperature range has worked well. Both low and high temp settings are accurate. Would definitely recommend.

It’s huge. I normally keep it in a closet when I’m not using it when I am not using it because it does take up a lot of space.It doesn’t get so hot on the outside that I’m worried about touching it and burning myself or damaging my counters. It isn’t loud but does make a little sound. I often forget I have it on.My house is filled with big jerky eaters. I dehydrated 6-9 lbs a week. We like it very dry, thin and simple with just salt. I don’t follow the directions in the book for jerky. I turn it all the way up and dehydrate it for much longer than directed to get crisp almost chip like jerky. It doesn’t take 8-9 hours like my 5 tray dehydrator I got from Walmart. I can easily dehydrate meat in 3 hours.I’ve had it for a couple of months and have used it a lot! The machine works great. It’s easy to use. And is easy to clean.When I received it, I washed it, then turned it on high for a couple of hours to get rid of the smell that I read about but didn’t experience.I love it. I hope it works a long time!

I took several photos because I want to write a review on this product.Mistakenly I didn’t checked the size of the machine before I purchased. This machine is pretty big and tall so it doesn’t fit on my counter top because not enough of space between wall cabinet and counter top so I had to put in the storage room which’s disappointing because I’m using dehydrator alot. But the quality is so good I don’t want to return it. I love the quality of machine. 1) alot of space. 2) air blow from the back (top and bottom 2 fans) so equally supply the airflow. 3) They come with alot of racks and it’s strong stainless made so it will less long time and dishwasher safe. 4) it also comes with bottom tray so I don’t have to worry about machine gets dirty and it’s easy to clean.5) Temperature control is very good function and works great and what I love the most it has a automatic timer so I can set up the time and leave the house.6) design and quality is excellent. It’s like commercial grade stainless machine.7) I made chicken breast jerky for my dogs and it came out really nice.8) Surprisingly this machine is extremely quite compared to my old plastic one.9) I been using plastic made dehydrator for a long time but all the rack was broken because I put them in the dishwasher’s. This machine is made with stainless so I don’t have to worry about breaking from dishwasher.10) I love the light switch so I can check my food easily.This machine deserves the 10 stars.It’s a good investment. It will less long time.Make sure to check the sizes before you purchase because this machine is big.Other then that, I strongly recommended.

So much capacity. I was using the Ninja toaster oven dehydrate function. I could only do one tray at a time and each run took at least 8 hours. So, I broke down and ordered this one. I am not disappointed. My first run some eye roast about 1/8" thick...same as in the ninja. It took 3.5 hours and was drier than the 8 hrs. in the ninja.It is quiet and the outside doesn't get super hot...I have only used it at 150F. Excited to dry some strawberries.My only complaint is that there is no way to turn off the light unless you unplug the entire machine. The place I have for this has the outlet right behind it so it is a bit of a pain to have to move it to plug/unplug it each time. If there is another way to turn off the light it isn't listed anywhere...the power button certainly doesn't do it. Its not a deal breaker but it is inconvenient.EDIT: I purchased the https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ST7ZKWH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title to make jerky sticks and after I used it I realized I should have bought them both at the same time...

This year we grew lots of herbs so I wanted to be ready to dehydrate to further our desire for self-sufficiency. The first time I used it, I dried several things at the same time to test it. It worked perfectly on everything. Of course some things took longer than others so you had to keep an eye on it. It seems plenty powerful and inexpensive to run. Lots of capacity for drying and fits on the countertop while in use. It is pretty quit and overall I have been very happy with it, having dried several more rounds of herbs since the initial first use.

I love this machine! It’s so quiet and does not put out the heat that my previous one does! I’ve done many rounds of vegetables fruits and even scrambled eggs! I’m sorry I didn’t buy it sooner
