Works great. I’ve been using it weekly for several months with no issues. Dried evenly so no need to swap shelves. Easy to clean. Large capacity which is awesome, it’s one and done, nothing is worse then having to do 2 batches in a dehydrator. Temperature range has worked well. Both low and high temp settings are accurate. Would definitely recommend.

It’s huge. I normally keep it in a closet when I’m not using it when I am not using it because it does take up a lot of space. It doesn’t get so hot on the outside that I’m worried about touching it and burning myself or damaging my counters. It isn’t loud but does make a little sound. I often forget I have it on. My house is filled with big jerky eaters. I dehydrated 6-9 lbs a week. We like it very dry, thin and simple with just salt. I don’t follow the directions in the book for jerky. I turn it all the way up and dehydrate it for much longer than directed to get crisp almost chip like jerky. It doesn’t take 8-9 hours like my 5 tray dehydrator I got from Walmart. I can easily dehydrate meat in 3 hours. I’ve had it for a couple of months and have used it a lot! The machine works great. It’s easy to use. And is easy to clean. When I received it, I washed it, then turned it on high for a couple of hours to get rid of the smell that I read about but didn’t experience. I love it. I hope it works a long time!

So much capacity. I was using the Ninja toaster oven dehydrate function. I could only do one tray at a time and each run took at least 8 hours. So, I broke down and ordered this one. I am not disappointed. My first run some eye roast about 1/8" thick...same as in the ninja. It took 3.5 hours and was drier than the 8 hrs. in the ninja. It is quiet and the outside doesn't get super hot...I have only used it at 150F. Excited to dry some strawberries. My only complaint is that there is no way to turn off the light unless you unplug the entire machine. The place I have for this has the outlet right behind it so it is a bit of a pain to have to move it to plug/unplug it each time. If there is another way to turn off the light it isn't listed anywhere...the power button certainly doesn't do it. Its not a deal breaker but it is inconvenient. I love this machine! It’s so quiet and does not put out the heat that my previous one does! I’ve done many rounds of vegetables fruits and even scrambled eggs! I’m sorry I didn’t buy it sooner

Works great, trays are easy to clean, quiet, light weight, has two fans. Found that starting at a lower temperature was the key to keeping certain foods from sticking to the trays. Good size I can place it under the vent hood over the stove.
