Great Tasting!
Vegan. I love this bacon bits! They taste great in mac and cheese (vegan), salads, etc.

They are better when heated up on a baked potato or pasta dish. A little plasticky on salad. I love these bits. Great bacon replacement!!!! I'm glad the chef can't up with this as an alternative. Praise to the chef and crew. I would like them have a lil more flavor but it's okay the way it is, like a less salty food for better health. I would like to see them in local stores with the rest of the salad topping products.

First time trying vegan bacon
This is my first vegan bacon bits I’ve ever tried. The flavor is good but you can taste the beans (it’s not too overpowering but you know it’s made with beans). It’s not unpleasant but if you don’t like the taste of beans you probably won’t like it. It’s very crunchy and has smokey flavors.

Very tasty
I don’t make my giant salads without it. I try to eat a huge green salad at least 5 days a week. I put everything you can name in it. Baconless has become one of my staples, and I never want to be without it. I used to eat real bacon bits, but decided to return to WFPB eating. Therefore, bacon in any form is out…lol …But guess what? I don’t even miss it. This is a worthy substitute.

Not Sure
Not sure if they are supposed to be this hard and crunchy but I feel like my batch was old. They taste like crumbs more than bits. Taste was good everything else horrible.

Don’t taste like bacon at all..
These bacon-less bits unfortunately do not taste like bacon at all. They taste like what they are - pinto beans. Dehydrated pinto beans with some seasoning. They taste okay for what they are, just don’t expect them to be a good substitute for bacon. I was pretty bummed that they weren’t what they claim to be since other imitation bacon bits just taste like pure liquid smoke. I was hoping to find a better fake bacon. My plan was to use these on pizza but I really don’t want it to just taste like beans.

Better than real bacon bits!
Amazon shows I’ve purchased this 12 times. That was fast! These are delicious and I think they’re better than real bacon bits. I’ve always thought real bacon bits had an odd chemical taste. These don’t! They taste like bacon, with no weird aftertaste. My wife likes to add these to salads. I use these for my bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. I just spread a pile on the muffin and it gives me the bacon taste I’m looking for. It’s amazing that these are so good AND affordable.
