Are they rated class e for electrician work?

Pyramex Ridgeline Cap Style Hard Hat, 4-Point Ratchet Suspension, Black Graphite Pattern was rated class E, G and C but the Pyramex Ridgeline Cap Style Vented Hard Hat, 4-Point Ratchet Suspension, Shiny White Graphite Pattern was only rated C. The thickness and feel was diffrent as well.

How is the neting assembled?
