Inexpensive, easy to pack for travel, work great.

A great product with varying degrees of difficulty. Perhaps only criticism is include one or two more bands with more resistance to replace the less resistant ones, although some folks might like the less resistant bands.

The bands are better than I expected! They feel a bit flimsy maybe, but they hold up without issue (so far). The bag on the other hand, started falling appart at the seams. But that's easily replaceable. It also included a guide with different exercises you can do with the bands, which is pretty good if you have no idea where to begin.

They are good, not to strong.

Bought for help with surgery recovery, and found these were great for the price. The set moves you up from very easy to very hard in reasonable increments. Comes with a storage bag. Very happy with the purchase.

I started with medium band and it broke the 3rd day. It’s ok because I am on to the heavy band anyway. Will be good set to use if you are not sure you will keep it up. Will be ordering a more heavy duty set if the heavy band breaks. I love that it comes with some exercises.

These work really well and have different levels of resistance.
