Compared prices per pound at several other places and this was the best deal, the 5 pound bag. Monk Fruit Sweetener is not ever cheap, but our doctor recommended it as the healthier sugar substitute for diabetics. It has no after taste, measures one to one as a sugar substitute, and not even our non-diabetic family members can tell the difference. It's a great way to enjoy sweets or sweetened coffee/tea without worrying about raising our blood sugar levels.
