Excellent pans
These are excellent quality long lasting pans. I have had the skillet for over a year and it's done well. I just got 2 more in different sizes and I'm throwing out my worthless green pans. There is a learning curve with these but if you preheat the pan before adding grease it works as well as any nonstick pan. My fried eggs slide off my old skillet with ease. They are easy to clean and don't require any pampering. They have a lifetime guarantee and are made in America. This is an excellent investment.

Fantastic investment in your health and cooking skills
This is the best frying pan! Love this frying pan.Went back and forth on spending the money for this, but this was the best decision ever.Note: You need to get the pan heated and then add some oil, oil, butter, ghee, or tallow. Lots of videos on that. Now we cook everything on this pan.2 fried eggs- they just slide out with a gentle nudge of the spatula. Can also do 4 eggs in the 10 in pan.Cooking steak, ground beef, chicken or Salmon, and you can get a nice sear. Throw in some wine or cream and garlic or lemon after to deglaze the pan and you have a great sauce. Can also throw in some veggies to cook in the sauce.Cleaning is usually a breeze. But if you did get some stuff stuck on there, since it’s stainless steel, you can just scrub it a bit harder. No worrying about scratching it like with the nonstick pans.Got this pan, and then got rid of all chemical nonstick pans that are flaking off garbage into our food. The experts keep saying that nonstick don’t cause any harm, but I’m not believing that. Also bought a metal spatula and threw out all the plastic utensils that were needed for the nonstick pans. So no more bits of plastic flaking off anymore either. If you’re on the fence, just get the pan. It will probably last a lifetime; no more needing new pans every couple of years.

The last brand pan you’ll ever buy….
Blown away by how nice this pan is. It cooks even and cleans up great. Has a great weight and feel of quality. Works very well with most every thing I’ve cooked on it. Cooked steak the first night and eggs the next morning without any problems. This is my first stainless steel pan and will be the only brand I consider from now on. Will likely be completing the set soon as we are trying to move away from nonstick pans. Educate yourself on stainless steel cooking before you buy or at least before you go complaining about how it’s the pans fault. I must say Steel Pan Guy on Facebook and YouTube taught me a lot. Pretty funny but drives home some excellent points. Had great success with dozens of eggs 8-10 burgers and several ribeye steaks to name a few.Overall this pan cooks better cleans better and preforms better than its nonstick competitors.

Remarkable and made in the US. Not a cheap pan. You get what you pay for.
I'm very impressed with this frying pan. The handle is the right length to fit in my cabinet, and most importantly, the diameter is what the company said it was. The manufacturer even included use and cleaning instructions, if you can imagine!Five ply stainless steel makes for good cooking because of its thickness and I have yet to try it out; I've had three ply. But I'm sure that will not be a problem.I've purchased other pans in the past, and they warped quickly. Of course, I paid less for them than this pan and I'm hoping that this pan will be a good value for the money. It is highly polished, and I hope it stays that way. And I also hope that with my new "training" it will prove to be non-stick as the instructions say.I will update my review if it changes.

Very good 12” pan but handle could be more robust for the larger size
I just received the 12 inch pan today (July 13,2024). I previously have purchased the 10 inch version. The 10 inch version turned out to be a really good pan and met beyond my expectations. The 10 inch pan is also extremely light coming in at 2.2lbs. This 12 inch version I weighed and it came in at 3.25lbs give or take so lighter compared to the market and actually one of the lightest especially for the high quality and 5 ply steel used so that is really good however the manufacture indicated that this pan is 2.9lbs which it is not. The sides are bezeled so one can flip food which is a very useful feature compared to a verticle edge. The only one thing I could say is that the handle on the 12 inch seems a bit too small for the size. The 10 inch pan has the exact same handle size and the handle is the same with this model and is more then robust enough for the 10 inch model however a different story for the 12 inch pan in my opinion. Time will tell and from what I’ve gathered there is a lifetime warranty. Anyway now I have 2.
