The serving size is, as per their suggestion, two gummies which provides 165 mg of Magnesium Citrate, oops (I didn't notice this part till now,) & Magnesium Oxide. So the total serving (two gummies per day) of both Magnesium Citrate & Magnesium Oxide adds up to 165 mg. How the two different compounds are distributed is not mentioned and is beyond me. According to the label at the suggested serving size of two gummies per day provides adults with 40% (fourty percent) of the recommended daily values for Magnesium based on a 2000 calorie per day diet.

The bottle does not say they are slow release. They taste good and no medicine chemical flavor. I had them recommended by a Chiropractor for calming down before bed and from a Urologist for prevention of kidney stones.

no, Magnesium Citrate and Oxide, says nothing about chloride. But, no gluten, fructose, corn syrup of non-healthy dyes. They are so delicious I probably eat too many of them!! We love them.
