Good for bladder issues, at the first time signs that I got a uti which is often, I take these cranberry and take a different blueberry tablet also

I went through a phase of constant urine infections and was fed up with constant antibiotics and the side effects that come from long term use. So, I decided to start taking cranberry on a regular basis and they have helped beyond belief. I have not had any urine infections for a long time now, can't remember the last time!! Ok tablets easy to swallow think I would prefer to drink fresh cranberry juice as I'm not sure these tablets have the same effect but than that might be because I don't have bladder issues at the moment so can't feel the benefits
