La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Lip Balm B5, Hydrating Balm with Shea Butter, Lip Treatment for Dry Cracked Lips, Moisturizing and Repairing Balm, Fragrance Free

I struggled with this when I first got it. My lips were super chapped, and I just could NOT get the stuff to come out of the tube. It was fine when I managed, but it was such a struggle. And then I left it too long in my pocket and... folks, warm the tube up. Put it somewhere where it'll get toasty from body heat and the balm comes out super easy, no mess, easy application, no more struggles. It also thins out a bit, which makes the tube last longer. I can enthusiastically recommend this, with that one small trick to actually get it to come out of the tube.

I am one of those people that has been searching for a good lip balm/treatment for the longest time. Everyone loves the laniege lip treatment, but I honestly never liked the thickness of it and it's not that hydrating and definitely doesn't last on the lips. This product goes on very smooth, is not too thick, no taste or smell, and so far seems pretty hydrating. It is not super long wearing, but what lip product is? We will see if it helps heal the cracks in my lips, but so far I really like it.

I have tired all different types of lip balm and this one is the best! Keeps my lips hydrated and makes them the softest. Other one would make my lips cracked back and dry.

Like others have said, it's hard to get out. You just can't press it too hard against your lips and it will come out, but it's tough. It doesn't have a lot of shine either, but I put it on right before I go to bed (when I don't need shine lol) and it really does help soften them. It absorbs way too quickly for day usage. Guys might like it though. It is a good size tube as well. I likely won't order it again though.

The cicaplast lip balm was nothing to get excited about … I think blistex would be very comparable if you want to save your money .If you want to spend the money the brand , Philosophy -miracle worker lip serum , is a holy grail lip product, expensive but worth every penny . It combats chapped lips & the wrinkles around the mouth .The cicaplast face b5 balm is absolutely amazing so that’s why i tried this is the first place … either way I LOVE la roche posay products & they are still my top 3 favorite brands !!

I love the La Roche-Posay brand. I started with the double repair lotion, added the triple repair lotion, then added the Lipikar body and face wash, and now the lip hydration lip balm, I intend to use before bed. I like to keep my lips moist while asleep. The best part is that these are clean products
