Effective, earthly but pleasant smell.
These have been amazing. I have constant joint pain and messed up my shoulder recently. I have been using these on my knees and my shoulder. The smell is earthy but nice and they stick really well but aren't painful to pull off.

It works
I bought these given I suffer from periodic knee pain. I decided to try them before I went to a music festival. They do work but can start stinging after a few hours. The first time I tried them, the heat was too intense. At the music festival when it got cold, it truly helped. It still hurt from the heat but it was more manageable. Highly recommend.

Do not buy this product
I’m giving this product a one star. The patch came off within a couple of minutes after applying. It smells horrible and it didn’t provide any relief. It does not fit comfortably and the shape of the patch is not easy for use. I tried returning the item, but it does not give me the option to.
