Gay movies are usually dreadful, but this romantic comedy, in spite of an over the top Tori Spelling as the hero's best friend, is a delight. Nice young New Yorker who writes musicals goes to a bar, looks at a go go boy and dreams. Later on his way home the go go boy sits opposite him on the subway. Anyway one thing leads to another, but he shares a flat with a straight guy who returns unexpectedly with a girl, and the twogay boys must leave to spend the night seeking somewhere to do what comes naturally. Everything conspires against them. It is very funny, and come the dawn ends on a perfect romantic note. This could be true love after all.

This movie is not readily available in stores and was great to see WOWBOX had a copy for cheap. It arrived quickly and in the condition that the seller said.If you like imperfect gay romances...this one is for you! It's fun and sweet but with a New York edge.

This is one of those rare gay movies everyone should watch, own and quote by heart.Even after 12 years, this is one of the funniest gay comedies, which can still squeeze an occasional tear (or two, or three).And Tori Spelling is simply divine (while after "90210" I really thought she can't play at all).

I've wanted to buy this on DVD for so long. It's a great film and romance story.

Well what can I say this is a sexual frustrated movie were you want to scream at them - "hurry up and do it already".Best part of the movie is the scene with the Drag Queen in the mens toilet, very funny.

A hilarious movie as two young gay men struggle to find a place to be able to do it one night in Greenwich Village. Miss Coco Peru a drag queen is really funny. You don't have to be gay to love this film.

Ich bin eher durch Zufall an diesen Film geraten, eben beim Stöbern hier bei amazon.de. Da ich Tori Spelling sehr mag, und mich die Geschichte dieses Filmes interessiert hat, hab ich mir das Video bestellt. Der Film ist superlustig, voller Gefühl und Tiefgang. Auf keinen Fall zu langatmig, im Gegenteil er hätte ruhig noch eine Stunde weiter gehen können! Die Darsteller überzeugen allesamt, angefangen von Christian Campbell, J.P. Pitoc und Tori Spelling. Auch Steve Hayes, von dem ich bisher noch nie etwas gehört habe, ist grandios. Die Geschichte ist zwar simpel, aber deswegen nicht langweilig, zeitweise total verrückt. Wo soll man hin, um nach gelungener Anmache, einen One-Night-Stand hinzulegen. Da dieses eben nicht gelingt, haben die beiden Hauptakteure die Möglichkeit, richtige Gefühle zu entwickeln, und am Ende ist der Sex dann definitiv zweitrangig! Auch die Musik des Filmes ist super genial, und dank amazon.de besitze ich jetzt den Soundtrack, der nur in den USA veröffentlicht wurde. Warum ich vorher noch nie von diesem Film gehört habe, werde ich nie verstehen. Also Leute, anschauen, lachen und träumen...
