I don't know how many Keurig coffee makers I've bought over the years but they never last over a year to 1 1/2 years. I use filtered water. This may be the last one I buy. The last one I had (this same model) only lasted 1 1/2 years which adds us to about $10/month just to have it and use it - that's entirely too much! I even use Keurig cleaning tablets for all the good they do me. If I didn't enjoy the special coffee I drink (I don't drink anything else), I would never buy another! This last one only put out a little bit of water, less each time I tried using it. I cannot honestly recommend any Keurig model because I've different models and not one has lasted. I even tried knock off brands but they were no better. I live alone and usually only have 1 cup a day.

We have several different types of Keurig coffee pots. We have had some for many years without issue! But this one is a lemon! 🍋 we just got it the end of March and here we are not even two months later and the power won’t stay on. Amazon customer service was super nice but it’s past the return window so I’ll call the manufacturer tomorrow!I’ll let you know how it goes!Edit: spoke to manufacturer- they were great. Walked us through some trouble shooting steps - then sent us a quick and easy claim form and 2 days later my mom got a new coffee pot!!

My last Keurig (classic) was given to me as a house warming/Xmas present in 12/2012. I wasnt the greatest at cleaning it regularly or changing the filter and always used tap water. It finally died out. Im hoping this one lasts just as long and the reason I bought another Keurig.

My old K-cup coffeemaker gave up the ghost. I ordered this with same day delivery and AmazonPrime came through for me. Coffeemaker works great and was on sale at a great price.Note- Comes very well packaged and arrived in flawless condition

We bought this to replace our first Keurig that has lasted us at least 7 or 8 years!! Back when things were simple and not "SMART" if you will..... It does what it says, brews a lovely cup of coffee HOWEVER, It shuts off automatically "energy saver mode!!" Not my favorite feature that's for sure!!! I read the program booklet several times and it's about as clear as MUD to me. Hopefully I have got it figured out? The MOON is no longer showing on the screen so crossing my fingers it works!!! Had I not thrown the little filter thing away, I was going to return it for the BASIC model as close to the one we had before!!! It's true, they just don't make them like they used to!!! Double the price for me to be pissed off every time I go to make a cup of coffee!!! HaaaHaaa!!! The ONE good thing about the machine is it's nice looking in my kitchen. Thanks for listening to my RANT, if you're on the fence, go with the SIMPLE, BASIC, OLDER model, whatever you want to call it.... I wish I had read a little further down on the reviews here, there are several that share my feelings!!! Have a GLORIOUS DAY!!!****UPDATE**** I DID IT!!! I figured out the auto shut off, now, my only complaint is, she's still kinda LOUD!!!

I had one of these for about four years and it finally quit working so I bought another one. I love it. They’re great I can make different coffees different size cups it’s perfect..

Great replacement for our original Keurig. The original Keurig had a great large spot for ginormous mugs when the insert was removed. The new model has the removable drip holder, but the mug holder is small. The removable water reservoir is not as easy to take off or put back, especially if the Keurig is on a pod holder. Otherwise, great quiet coffee maker.

I love my coffee maker and my son used it one day and was like "mom, I want one of these". So he got this for Christmas. He loves it too.
