It looks dirty and I can’t use it like gift for my friend...

I bought it for my friend. She has BIrthday tomorrow.It was delivered on time but it looks dirty and doesn’t have gift receipt (it doesn’t have any receipt...)I’m so sad... My friend knows about this gift and she is waiting for it...I don’t recommend it and wanna ask Amazon what happened with my purchase.
