Works excellent for my charcuterie making

I bought the 9.6 oz Potassium Sorbate, 100% Pure, Food Grade to use in my wine and mead making, and it has been exactly what I needed. The powder is very fine and easy to measure. It dissolves quickly in liquids without clumping, which makes it simple to add to batches. Works as it should

As I expected. Worked well on my mead

I make gummies, baked goods, candy, etc. and this is what a lot of companies use for a natural preservative. This is an absolute steal for the amount you receive vs how much you use. I use a tiny bit (1/8 tsp.) for baked goods and stuff and this container lasts me MONTHS. It dissolves very quickly in the tiniest bit of water and you can just add it in at the end. Comes with a little scoop and I love that it is a resealable jar instead of a pouch.
