Why have I given it 5 stars! It arrived in good time and well packaged, First Class Customer Service. I liked the box that it came in, very professional. It stores the mask very well. Cheaper eye masks dont always come with a storage box. I have several cheap masks and they cover almost half the face, heat not going where it should. I've read lots of reviews about the Wizard Research and decided to give it a go. I like the mask, its easy to use and it seems to be well designed and fits my eye sockets and lids well, this is where the heat should go. Comfortable adjustable head band. I did have a small technical issue and sent off an email to the company, the reply from Joe was very quick and the issue was also sorted very quicky thanks to Joe. the mask is very effective for dry eyes, it works very well for me. I've also tried it using a USB battery pack and it works a treat. The lower settings are good for just relaxing the eyes. I tried the lower settings first in order to get a feel of the heat levels and worked my way up until I found the most effectve and comfortable setting. All in all, an excellent eye mask.

Superb piece of kit. Oozes quality and works exactly as it should. Even the box it comes in is top quality. Far outperforms the kind of eye warmer that heats in the microwave as the heat stays exactly at the level you set it for the length of time you require. You can even set it to give an audible indication when your preset time is up. Expensive, but worth every penny to me.

Very well made & comfortable to wear. It had a socket adaptor for use in UK. Haven't used it on my travels yet but all the parts fit into the case, including two covers to keep the eye mask clean, whilst in use. These are easy wash and more can be obtained from the manufacturer. Different temperature & duration setttings. Adjustable strap to keep in place whilst in use. Constant temperature whilst in use, adjustable to suit user, as is the timer. Altough more expensive than the ones heated in the microwave, I think it was definitely worth it.

This is an excellent product and crucially, the REAL product. I wasted a lot of time and money in other cheaper masks just to discover they are but copies of this one. I mean, they even copy the images to describe the item! The mask is good and easy to use. I do find it helps with my dry eyes, but it is not a solution, just part of the daily routine to avoid major inflammation and pain.The only negative about it is the night price. Too much, in my opinion…but if you suffer from severe and chronic pain from dry eyes, it’s worth it. If you just need the odd warm compress and don’t suffer too much with your eyes, a cheaper product might be good for you (although keep in mind it will not be as good as this).

Head and shoulders above microwavable masks. The only one that works for my deep set eyes. It just makes the whole process of treating dry eye that much more convenient rather than traipsing backwards and forwards to the microwave.

This is a really good product. Heats up quickly. Setting 7 or 8 are good for me. Easy to use and the mask fits perfectly over the whole eye. Felt fairly quick relief from dry sore eyes. I bought cheaper versions and they don’t give the heat this mask does so for me worth paying a bit more. Highly recommend so far.

It heats uo quickly, top temp is too hot for comfort but there are 10 easy settings. The control pack is part of the power lead so u can't lose it which is great it s the right size to tardet the eyes rather than the cheeks and forehead. BUT. The eyepads are solid and hard and they press down on your eyeballs which is not comfortable at all.
