I'm tall and slender and have always had difficulty packing on lean muscle. Tried protein shakes and other supplements with mixed results but this product has surpassed my expectations. I take care of family and work from home so I workout when I can with a basic home gym (Bowflex, pullup-dip station, ab roller). I take one capsule with breakfast and can workout without fatigue for the rest of the day. Each day I can see and FEEL progress in my muscle gain and physique. Going to stick with this product because it's working.

It works! I saw real results.

I didn't see much result. I started taking a testosterone supplement from Amazon that seems to have a better effect. Truthfully, Maybe it would work better over a longer period of time.

This product was nowhere near what I expected from something marketed as a muscle builder. After I started taking it, my appetite for both food and fluids dropped significantly. I would prepare something I normally enjoy, take two bites, and feel completely finished. Within one week, my weight dropped by approximately nine pounds. That is not the type of weight loss I wanted. A muscle-building supplement should not leave me unable to eat enough calories, protein, or carbohydrates to support muscle growth. A rapid change like this is more likely to include water and glycogen loss, and continued undereating could eventually affect muscle as well. I stopped taking the product because the effects were working directly against my fitness goals. This was my personal experience, but I believe appetite-related reactions should be made clearer in the product information.
