I looked at these ankle/arm weights for about a year. Because of the price I passed and thought what do I care what they look like? I work out alone in my house! I bought much cheaper weights which soon had frayed Velcro and looked worn quickly. These Bala bangles are so sleek and pretty it was worth the money even just for myself at home. They are easy to put on and take off. They hold in place beautifully, I’m in love

These are great for any type of workout. I usually use them on my ankles when I’m on the treadmill or on my wrists for an arm workout. I love the sleek look of them and the velcro is quite sturdy and holds up during workouts.

This is a great brand, and I'm a big fan of brand-name items. They don't disappoint. The size is perfect for me, and they are easy to put on and take off on both my wrists and my ankles. The Velcro is strong, which helps them to be more functional for my use.
