Metal rivets are better than stitches for holding large multitool knife
Just what I need. This one uses metal rivets, not thread. Another leather sheath lost my large multitool army knife when stitching failed.

simple sheath, does its job
This can fit a fairly large/thick pocket knife. The clasp is solid and the sheath looks good over all. It can work with most belt sizes but seems to be made for a boy-scout-style belt. The build quality seems good, and I would expect it to be durable.

Great belt knife holder!
About size, I have a Kershaw Black Gulch II that is just under 4 3/16 long closed (you could probably get a 4¼ in it), 9/16 wide (5/8 would fit easy), and 1⅛ high (with a little wiggle room). I've used the holder for a number of months now, and it's durable with very little wear on it, the snap works well, and it's easy to get my knife in and out of it with about 5/8" sticking out with it unsnapped. It's a simple design that's well executed. As it's made of leather, a slightly larger knife *might* fit, like boots that stretch and wear in.

Broke after one month
Well made case, but the top rivet broke after one month use. It would cost more to get it fixed than I paid.

Inside the case, the rivets can mark the handle of a good knife.
I only wish that the belt loop was sewn to the case instead of rivets to attach it. Stitches don't mark the handles of good knives. The leather is thin and very stiff. Stitching is very good.

PERFECT for Victorinox Huntsman!
I bought this for my Victorinox Huntsman Swiss Army and it fits perfect! I love this sheath! One for the fit and two,the quality of leather and the affordability of this compared to genuine Victorinox sheaths!
