Don’t drink without being near toilet first couple of days
Helped with gut health and sleep schedule is better. It’s really great tea at a nice price too. Also if you’re looking for something to help you curb your appetite this will definitely help! I would also recommend to not drink everyday space it out.

This is not lemon verbena tea... not sure what it is but does not taste like what it should. Highly disappointed for paying so much for something that it is not. Tasteless and horrible
