I intend to keep this in stock moving forward with my skincare routine. I had to cut out products. Nearly everything. Sticking to using biblical ingredients. became decided this is one to keep in stock (for myself; understanding we all have different skin types). For me, this product gets the gunk out, minimizes scarring, helps reduce pore size, helps me from picking at my skin, and speeds up healing. I think I go through a pack in one night or two nights depending my break out situation. When my skin is clear; it’s clear. When I stress out or eat something I shouldn’t have; I break out. Or use products I shouldn’t have; I break out. I have purchased this well over forty times now. definitely could and do recommend (hoping it does help you the way it does for me). make sure to apply on dry skin; won’t stick on if applying after facial creams or serums.

I’ve been using these pimple patches for years, and they are the only ones I will use because they actually absorb the gunk and help it heal. I only use the nighttime ones, even if it’s during the day, because they work better than the daytime ones that are thinner.

I was not expecting much but dang. I’ve had this old acne scar that is nit only a raised bump, it is red and looks like a pimple. Had it for at least two years. I used these patches for four night so far and it’s almost flat and almost all the red is gone. I’m absolutely shocked

If you have keloid scars from acne (those big, raised, hardened red bumps that seem to stick around forever) these patches… actually… help. I’ve tried SO many things to get rid of those marks. The only other thing that worked was cortisone shots at the dermatologist. Those can get expensive and they sometimes need 3-4 rounds of injections to fully shrink the keloid. A box of these babies is like $10 and even if I use a whole box on one blemish it’s still waayy cheaper than injections. As for the results they do seem to vary from blemish to blemish. The very first one I tried was on the largest keloid I had on my back. It LITERALLY shrunk overnight. I couldn’t believe it. Others though have taken several patches. Then I have one or two spots that are stubborn and I’m still working on them. They still get a little smaller each time but it’s very slow. For me they work best if left on for about 36 hours. Just leaving it on overnight seems too short and doesn’t utilize the patch’s full potential. Go longer than a day and a half and they leave annoying red triangles on my skin that take days to go away. It can also irritate the keloid and make it temporarily inflamed. That’s my experience anyway. It’s worth the time to fine tune these to your liking. Never imagined something so inexpensive and simple would make a difference on my relentlessly stubborn skin. Have already gone through 4-5 boxes (my back was really bad) and will continue to keep this around for damage control!

I love PanOxyl items, but these patches aren't their best product. They work but I feel like there are better patches that do the same thing and they are less $.

Best patches ever for dark spots! I can’t believe how fast they work! I also put on other part of my body and works like magic. 🙂
