Love that device comes included with a T-Mobile sims card that allows first 100 gb of data free. Device works great for streaming videos, searching web.Only side effects is when you want to play quick online game the device is set to strict net type, so most online games won't be able be able to connect. Wished T-Mobile gave option in router setting change this. The device can last a few hours on a few charge, but device can get pretty hot and probably drain battery with longtime use.

My personal opinion I regret buying this item it did not work according to it supposed to be functioning I got stuck with the item didn't get my money back do not buy from them I want you do not buy from them I even bought the SIM card I tried to communicate and YouTube didn't work do not buy it's not working you will lose

So far so good no complaints. It does what it’s suppose to do hotspot me in any location. I drive throughout the city & surrounded area using my hotspot. It has glitches just as cell phone data do in rural areas.

It was super easy to set up! I brought my own SIM card from Tello which runs on the same network as T-Mobile but a lot cheaper. I inserted it, popped in the battery, turned it on, entered the password (which is written behind where the battery goes, so take a picture before you assemble it!), and my device was connected. The internet speed is great! I am using it in my apartment near Phoenix just to have a little bit of WiFi without a full-blown home internet plan, so I can’t speak to the travel capacity yet. I will say it’s slightly larger than a similar device I bought and returned, but no larger than most phones. It feels well made, not cheap. We’ll see how it does over time!

It worked perfect for one day. The Internet speed was fabulous and I was super excited and I actually was going to buy more for our family. I’ve been trying it every day since then and it won’t work. I’ve tried it on different devices. I’m so disappointed. So not only did I waste money on this device, but I also purchased service through Tmobile for it. What a waste of money.

Didn’t give me WiFi at all. Speed was supper very slow. Set up was confusing at first but I figured it out. Size was perfect. Great for Carring around in pocket.

i made the best decision buying this hot spot, its not slow,no bug, or glitches. i defiantly recommend this product for any one they may not have minutes or have the money for a phone bill, because this works with out internet, its super easy to carry around in you pocket or purse it just slips right and in and you don't have to worry about carrying it around all day, and if you have little ones this is great because when taking long car rides and the kids needs something to watch but theirs no internet you just turn on your hot spot and you can enjoy your ride and they can enjoy there shows, it only takes 5 minutes to set up and very reliable when you may need it the most.

I would like to buy service with it but it seems to already have a provider paying for sim card. I went to tmobile for my account to add a hotspot device and didn't know what this device is but doesn't seem like it is one they currently offer online services to add. It worked fine when I hooked it up to the phone, but my lap top didn't immediately recognize it until I hooked it up to my phone. Then I could see it on my lap top. Makes me worry because I never paid for the service connection or add it to my account. I have a family line plan with 2 lines on Tmobile. Makes me think spyware is involved. Every since I plugged it in and let it charge I haven't been able to log onto my Dad's AT&T wifi on my lap top at all. I feel like spy ware was installed in this one and anything I type using it is getting transferred to another computer somewhere by whoever paid for the sim card service with Tmobile that is installed in device. Can someone explain why this is? I only tested it once.
