It uses very little water and offers a good runtime, making it both efficient and economical. It cleans floors, tiles, sinks, chimneys, grout, hard-water stains, and stubborn dirt extremely well. Grout cleaning, in particular, is surprisingly easy with this. One of the best design features is that the mop stands on its own, so you don’t need to lean it against a wall—small detail, but very convenient. The attachments provided are more than sufficient for regular household cleaning needs. Noise level is tolerable and not disturbing. Overall, a very practical and effective steam cleaner for everyday deep cleaning.

Received used item in a really bad shape and can’t even return it ! The item is flimsy and plasticky and looks like a dollar menu item from the dollar store ( for NRIs who know). Don’t waste 3K on this item. I should probably sue them for their false advertising's! Probably someone returned it and they just shipped it to me …

I am extremely impressed with the NextLev 10-in-1 device. It works amazingly well—in fact, it feels almost like magic! My house is 18 years old, and after cleaning the grout in my hall, it looks almost as good as new. The device also removes paint stains effortlessly, without requiring much scrubbing or effort. I purchased it a year ago. It worked great, but the heating coil stopped working now even after using distilled water. I am ready to pay for the repair since it is out of warranty but customer support has not been helpful. So spending 3-4k on this product for one year is not worth it.

Bought this to clean my house windows and tough stains on tiles. I’ve used it regularly for around a month at the time of writing this review Pros: - Very compact and lightweight - Good steam pressure - Lots of different high quality attachments - Safety trigger lock on the handle Cons: - Cable and hose are fixed/non-removable - Main fill tank gets pressurized when running. If you need to refill the steam cleaner, you have to wait till the pressure drops to a safe level before unscrewing the cap. Some other brands like Kärcher use a separate overflow tank that can be refilled on the fly - Trigger is a little firm to depress, so it can lead to fatigue during long cleaning sessions. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It does its job well and is very easy to store once I’m done cleaning.
