Q: Does this have an ipx1 - ipx9 rating?

It is not officially tested with certification. It is weather resistant. It has rubber grommets on the ends to keep moisture out but is not submersible. I have a couple in my yard setup on permanent string lights and also one on an extension cord on the ground and I've never had an issue. I live in the Midwest with plenty of seasons.

Q: Will this fit a small diameter cords? i want to use it to connect two dc 12v power extension cable that are 5.5mm in diameter for a bird box cam.
