Amazing quality at this price range… The resistance bands are strong, stretch well, and are great for glute and lower body workouts… I also liked that it comes with a storage pouch, which is very useful for keeping everything organized… Totally worth the money…

Total waste of money . After using once or twice, band started damaged like in the photos. I had to order another company bands.. not much resistance in the hard band also. Purpose is not served.

Carrying case missing. Exercise brochure missing.

These bands are comfortable and the fabric is nice — they don’t roll or slip during exercises, which I really appreciate. They stay in place well and feel good on the skin compared to the usual rubber resistance bands. That said, the resistance levels aren’t great. The purple and green bands feel basically the same, and the pink one is only slightly stronger. Overall the resistance is very light, so they’re not very useful if you’re looking for something that actually challenges you. Also noticed that the green band is shorter than the other two, which makes the set feel a bit inconsistent. They’re fine for very light workouts or rehab-type exercises, but if you want proper resistance you’ll probably need something stronger.

great quality! i love these! perfect for working out either minimal equipment... they're very soft, they grip very well and dont slide. they look nice and cute instead of the colorful ones you can honestly use them for a whole bunch of exercises..

The bands are different only in that they are different sizes and colours. Their resistance is indistinguishable from each other, and the equivalent resistance of a thick sock. 0 stars.

The quality is excellent; they’re super durable and don’t roll up or slip during exercises. Plus, they come in different resistance levels, so I can gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed my glutes feel firmer and more toned. They’re ideal for working out at home or taking them to the gym. Totally recommended if you want real, effective results!
