Not working in the USA
Boat in the USA is not good , received a damaged product...sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It gets disconnected often on its own and when in call, the other person doesn't hear us ...the volume couldnt be adjusted for sometime, and suddenly that issue got fixed out of nowwhere.

Build Quality
Absolute legend of a product!, bought this in 2024 and till date there have been no issues, this earpods has even survived a washing machine wash and it came out victorious, no problems! with all features working! Sound quality is great but not as good as the apple pods, but that's reasonable for the money you're paying, it also comes with 5 different sound modes which is insane for the money. I would absolutely recommend this if you want a sturdy buy with good sound quality, very good product.
