Excellent Speakers
Excellent. Placed in rear. Works well with my stock deck and 4 front speakers. Definitely improved enveloping sound. More than meets my audiophile approval.

Fit my older GM product with NO modifications
I needed new 6x9s for the rear deck of my 78 Chevrolet Malibu. There are flush mounted below the deck and retained with wire rods. After looking at all of the readily available speakers I found these Alpines. They fit exactly when using the Metra 72-4500 harness adapters. They sound awesome and are 4 ohm making them better suited for my aftermarket head unit than the original 10 ohm speakers. I would highly recommend these. I should also mention they took 10 minutes to install.
