AWESOME CARVING KNIVES
This is a fantastic set of carving knives. The smallest knife is extremely delicate, so be careful when putting it away... All the knives are EXTREMELY sharp - and perform amazingly well! It took a while to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend these...

Worth the money. Forget the plastic ones unless you're planning to use them semi-disposably.
Glad I went with these instead of the plastic ones. The steel doesn't seem to be anything super special but the knives came decently sharp. I will sharpen these with my whetstones and report on the turnout. It gets five stars for the quality/cost ratio.
