Works fine. This is not a heavy duty item and the foot position could be awkward.

My 13 yr old granddaughter was excited to get this. She used it to help stretch for cheerleading. Good quality and had held up well.

Overall, for what it is, it is a very good product. It seems very sturdy. The rivets and bolts seem to be holding very well.

I was looking for something to give me a stretch, and I am a flexible woman. I thought for something under constant tension while being used that they would use something other than cheep tube. Goodness I was wrong! The tubes held up ok for the first use. Second use I tried with the belt as pictured in the advertisement, and you know what happened? The handle tore almost completely off. Zero penetration on the "welds" if they can so be called. Broke, on the second use and I wasn't even applying force. Bottom line, stay away.

I am iny 50's and I had to modify it so that I would be able to use it. Out of the box I could not spread my legs far enough to fit on it.

El primer contacto parece algo frágil, pero resiste. Se puede ajustar la longitud haciendo que pueda usarse aún con poca flexibilidad. La correa para atarse al tirador es práctica y da un plus de comodidad al ejercicio al poder soltarte del tirador. Pero una mejor forma de usarla es con una buena tensión. De ese modo la sensación es como cuando alguien se apoya en tu espalda y te empuja hacia delante. Con paciencia, constancia y siendo realista con los objetivos, es una buena ayuda para ganar flexibilidad.
