Good pole
It is a very nice and sturdy pole. Assembly was simple and straight forward. You could do it alone but it’s easier to have a partner. The accessories are a nice touch and added bonus.

A decent product
Set up is easy, it comes with everything you need. The only thing I would change is the nut that locks in the fine hight adjustment. The bars you use to tighten kinda work, but they don't go in deep enough, and start to strip the hole out after you move it a couple times. I would suggest a system to use an actual wrench for that specific part instead. It's an easy enough fix though, just use a pair of channel locks if you can't get a good bite and problem solved.

I’m not sure why I’m getting a stripper pole probably a mid life crisis and to try something new. This thing is STURDY and spins fast. I brought my gfs over and we all tried this bad boy out throughly. all of us being 150+ lbs being drunk and crazy swinging all over this thing. I’m just an average person trying this out for the first time and I will say pole fitness is WAY harder than I thought this would be. the pole is so smooth we just slipped on down since none of us have built up that muscle yet or have chalk powder. I was able to put this up by myself within a few hours as a 5’2 female with help from my tall ladder. There is a video from the company on YouTube that helped me understand visually how to put this together.

The pole assembly was very easy to assemble and the quality and durability is very nice especially for the price.

NOT FOR APARTMENT USE
This item may be great quality but don't let the "portable" title sell you if you have an apartment. The instructions are very specific about finding a beam - THAT IS CRUCIAL! The video (scan QR code on instructions) is extremely helpful but some of the pieces were labeled incorrectly so I had to pay attention to detail. Plus.. when I went to return item, it took nearly a month for funds to come back.
