Great qality for the price
I had one like this one that I have been using I my shop for many years. The casting cracked so I purchased this pair of two. These are exactly the same as my old one. I expect years of use from these also.

Didn't even use them and the ball joint came out...
What a waist of money. This is suppose to be a vice and I just took them out of the box and went to put WD40 on the ball joint and it popped right out. How is this suppose to be a vise if it can't even stay in for that? Big disappointment... Instead of going through the trouble to sent it back or get a new one--because I needed them when I bought them-- I was able to tap them with a hammer to keep the ball joint in and they seem to be okay for the moment. Not reliable though. I figured if I have to I'll just get a real vice and clam the ball joint into that vice so I can still use them how I need.

Solid well built vice!
Works as advertised. Great for small projects. Rubber jaws a plus!

Small vise
It was a good thing unfortunately it broke on me the first time I had used it the ball had come right out of the socket!!!

Small Vice
The vice is smaller than I expected. It was rather flimsy, when I tried to tighten things down. One end would tighten down and the other end didn't tighten down "equally." But, it's not made to hold down "big" items. I put a one ounce bar of silver in it and the vice worked, I just don't know how long it'll last. I guess time will tell.

Versatile vice
I just received the vice. I am already impressed on how I can use the vice with my walking stick production, lapidary projects, household repairs and small woodworking projects. This vice will supplement my large floor vice, several bench vices along with the tiny lapidatvices.

It is small, easy to operate, not heavy and has rubber guards so jewelry isn't bent or scratched.
