I’ve used this for months now and worth every penny, only thing I forgot to tell hubby it’s not dishwasher safe, so it’s lost it’s shiny coat, but still works great.

Super pricey for my pocket but so well worth it for someone who eats a lot of salads, shredded veg (for cake and sauce making) grinding nuts for nut flours etc etc...such a useful gadget. I find the sharp grater barrels easy to clean - in a nice hot tub of soapy water and soak ...then rinse, maybe they sometimes need a wipe around with a sponge. This is a super sturdy, thick stainless steel gadget and fits my Kenwood K-Mix perfectly.
