Nordic Ware Micro Mix and Melt, White, 3 Cups

I have been looking for a bowl made of glass, but they are hard to find and mostly too pricy. I found this mixing bowl and it seemed to be what I was looking for and perfect for my particular purpose. It is easy to handle, with a good handle. The color didn't matter to me but being able to microwave was top priority. It works great for that. The one con that I can provide is the pour spout is a bit non-functional. I just have to start pouring and hope the liquid goes in the receptacle. Sturdy and looks nice.

Love, love, love this Nordic Ware Better Batter Bowl WITH HANDLE AND SPOUT! And IT IS BETTER for batter! Funny how a mixing bowl can make all the difference of a great cake. This is so much better than anything I was using! The bowl is so sturdy, can be put in the microwave, doesn't scratch when mixing, SO EASY to wash afterwards and BPA free. What more could you ask for? I'm not fond of a dishwater, would rather wash my dishes by hand and this is the easiest bowl I own now! I love it and will buy again!

When I ordered this bowl I thought it was ceramic, but I am so glad it's made of a hard durable plastic. It's lightweight but super sturdy. It also has a grip ring on the bottom that keeps it from sliding on any surface. The size is perfect for mixing cookie and cake batter, whipping cream and pudding mix and so much more! This is a perfect bowl for anyone's kitchen and at the very reasonable price, makes a great gift.

I recently picked up this plastic mixing bowl with a handle, and it's quickly become one of my go-to tools in the kitchen. Here’s what I love about it: Lightweight & Easy to Handle: The plastic material makes it incredibly lightweight, which is perfect when you're mixing large batches of dough or batter. The handle is a great addition—it gives me more control when pouring out contents without any spills, which has made a huge difference for me when baking or making dressings. Non-Slip Base: I didn’t expect this feature, but the non-slip base has been fantastic. It keeps the bowl firmly in place while I'm mixing, which is great for when I need both hands free to whisk vigorously or incorporate heavy ingredients. This bowl checks all the boxes for quality, sturdiness, having a slip resistant bottom, a comfortable handle, and being easy to clean. For those reasons I will be keeping it. I did deduct one star because this is not a large bowl as the pictures indicate. This batter bowl is more of a small/medium size, so be aware before you buy. I did check the measurements given, and they are correct, but the images online certainly make this bowl look bigger than it is. If this came in a 15-20 cup bowl it would be awesome.

I purchased this bowl because I needed a bowl that easily poured for my famous crepes and pancakes- though they ideas are enless. It is a plastic, but relatively light weight with out your special ingredients. I normally select ceramic varieties of bowls but, this was a great substitute. Definitely- not in the price range of ceramic bowls, money was a concern, and this was completely reasonable. Since the purchase it has gotta a work out. It seats in other bowls because the handle is open allowing the bowl to rest over the lip of the bowl being "stored" in. The bowl was only shown in the color white, which was ok with me. However ,I usually enjoy having my kitchen baking tools ,in that my kitchen are show pieces -since most are out where they can be scene. So this product does not meet my usual purchases for that purpose. Anyway- this product does an excellent job of pouring, smaller recipes. Cleans up well with out anything being stained. ( I can say- I haven't made anything that would do that, like spaghetti sauce. So not sure this would create a stain.Live and learn. Makes a variety of creations- you're your only one who sets those limitations. So - enjoy whatever this bowl can do ,to work for your mixing ideas..

Offers larger-shaped handle ( helps arthritic hands). Very well made, attractive shape, and nests easily in cupboard with other bowls.
