Excellent quality. These were actually too big for my stainless steel file but that was my fault for not checking and I easily cut them down once attached to the file itself. Check sizes or have scissors handy :) Great adhesive quality to these, no problems at all. Even had a little giggle at the wording on the packaging 🤣

I use these for work! I am a foot care nurse, they are an easy clean way to get rough heels back in order! I use them once and then depose of them, because I use them on clients, but im sure you could use them for many months if just on yourself.
